SALON SPA ETIQUETTE

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. Repeated last minute cancellations or no-shows will require pre-payment for future bookings.

A valid credit card is required to reserve three or more consecutive services.

A late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).


Refund Policy

Refunds are unavailable on all services that have been performed. If there are any problems or concerns with regards to the results, it is important that we are contacted immediately in order resolve the problem.

Correction Policy

If a correction of any service is needed, we must be contacted within 7 days of the original service performed. The appointment must be re-booked with the original stylist.  If a correction is needed beyond 7 days’ notice, service fees may apply.

Gift card policy

Our gift cards do not have an expiry date. Non refundable or redeemable for cash or credit. Cannot be duplicated if lost, stolen or destroyed. You will need to present your gift card the day of your appointment. Cancellation policy applies – see below for details.
