We recommend booking your party 3 to 6 weeks in advance.
The minimum requirement to receive mobile services is a group of 5 people for adults and a group of 6 for children.
At the time of booking your party, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit for the Laval and Greater Montreal area to secure a reservation. Our flat rate for out of region parties is $125. These amounts are our flat rates for mobile services and will not be deducted from our package and service rates.
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling the appointment at any time will not be penalized.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment without penalties.
Cancellations made within the 7 day period will be subject to charges of 50% of the services booked.
